Planning your New Year’s Eve Champagne Toast
Join us in downtown Owosso as we welcome the new year with a non-alcoholic community hot chocolate toast at midnight! To participate in this celebratory moment, purchase your non-alcoholic drink from Cakey Cakes or a local vendor and meet us at the ball drop. The Owosso Social District will not be in effect at Midnight, and there will be no alcohol permitted on the street at the event. If you wish to enjoy a champagne toast, please ensure you follow all current social district guidelines, and make your way to Roma’s or another local bar to enjoy your planned champagne toast after the event. For current participating locations and specific rules, please check with Downtown Owosso directly or visit their official website.
Downtown Owosso bar and restaurant Romas’ is planning their own champagne toasts at their establishment after the ball drop and fireworks. Be sure to get the details directly from them to plan your evening.
Remember that all social district and alcohol consumption laws must be strictly followed. Plan ahead for a safe celebration – designate a sober driver, use ride-sharing services, or take advantage of local taxi services. Let’s ring in the new year safely together! Enjoy responsibly and never drink and drive. For more information, please go to: https://downtownowosso.org/social-district/
